Free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders, and on Australian orders over $75. Under that in Australia, standard shipping is a flat $5.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Anything after 2pm goes out the next business day. Australian delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days and New Zealand about 7 business days, with tracking emailed after dispatch.
Every SIDELINE product is covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This includes structural manufacturing faults, locking system faults and breaks occurring during normal intended use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or use beyond the stated weight rating.
