Sideline Stools has created a low effort fundraising program designed for modern community sport. Parents purchase Sideline stools as normal, and teams earn a percentage on every order, without running events, handling stock, or adding admin for volunteers.
How it works
• Teams register once
• A unique team link and code is created
• The link is shared through team chats, socials, or newsletters
• Parents and supporters purchase directly from Sideline Stools
• The team earns 10 percent on every order
• We manage orders, delivery, tracking, and reporting
• Payouts are made monthly
There is no cost, no setup fee, and no obligation for the team.
Teams can choose how often they share the link, or simply leave it available throughout the season. If it’s not the right fit, there’s no requirement to continue.
Who it’s for
The program is suited to junior and community sports teams, school teams, volunteer run clubs, and not for profit organisations.
There is no minimum sales requirement.
Optional use
Some teams choose to display a QR code at games or events. This is optional. The program works just as effectively through digital channels.

Parents and supporters will be able to select your team directly from our Support Your Team page once approved.
