At SideLine, we take pride in delivering quality products designed to make game days easier. As a small business, we operate with limited stock and fast turnaround times. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

Change of Mind

All purchases are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if the product does not meet personal expectations. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@sidelinestools.com.au. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund.

 

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was sent in error or is deemed faulty.
