At SideLine, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. All SideLine stools come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s covered:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Faulty parts or construction that affect normal use
What’s not covered:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, marks, fading, etc.)

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications

Commercial use outside of normal personal use
How it works:
If you experience an issue within the warranty period, simply contact us at info@sidelinestools.com.au with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll review your claim quickly and, if approved, provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
