Shipping and warranty
Free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders, and on Australian orders over $75. Under that in Australia, standard shipping is a flat $5.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Anything after 2pm goes out the next business day. Australian delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days and New Zealand about 7 business days, with tracking emailed after dispatch.
The Sideline Sippy is covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This includes faults in the vacuum seal, the lids and the powder coated finish occurring during normal intended use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse.
